Job Description:

softyWare is looking for someone who has high confidence in their ability and who wants a lot of room to grow and move up.

You will report directly to the CEO, Tim Norton, and will have multiple projects that you own, or sometimes a single more time-consuming project.

You will be expected to work independently and while you can start remotely we will expect to have you start working out of our office in the coming months. We are still in the process of leasing the office.

Would be great if you have a lot of technical knowledge, like some development, but not required. We will be happy to train you and teach you, we have decades of experience in software development.

Responsibilities and Duties:

The Responsibilities and Duties Will Be:

• Communicate with clients on status and progress of projects
• Work with development team to get project work over the finish line
• Write user stories so that developers know the work to be done
• Lead standup meetings to keep everyone engaged and get updates on roadblocks
• Give regular updates to the CEO on projects and what is looking good and not so good

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ Years of Project and/or Product management experience preferred
• Certification in Agile software development, whether product owner, scrum master or something else, preferred
